Seeing as i wrote this for the NLP i'll put it on here too ( i wonder what will actually appear?)...

Hemel Town 4 Kings Lynn 2

Three hundred & twenty three people turned up at Vauxhall Road to see the Tudors record their first home victory since August bank holiday Monday, with a fine display against table toppers Kings Lynn.
In an entertaining match it was the visitors who dominated proceedings for the first half hour, Daniel Bloomfield giving them the lead on thirteen minutes from the penalty spot after Aaron Cavill had brought down Joe Francis from behind.
But gradually the home side fought back, and on thirty six minutes Adam Martin brought the scores level from close range, after a Chris Herron corner wasn’t cleared properly and Nathan Bowden-Haase's snatched effort was half blocked by Stephen Melton.
There were good chance for Lynn’s Jack Defty and Martin again before the break as play moved end to end, but the visitors snatched the lead again in injury time, as Bloomfield bagged his second with a near post flicked header.
The second half saw Hemel with the upper hand from the start however, as the Linnets were pressed back and forced to hit on the break.
Herron made the match even again with the goal of the game on fifty three minutes, volleying a dipping shot across keeper Scott Howie from the corner of the area and inside the far post, and Ben Sedgemore then blocked Josh Sozzo’s shot on the line as Hemel briefly threatened to steam roller a nervous looking defence.
At the other end however the Linnets proved to be still dangerous, as Bloomfield missed an open goal with a lob over stranded Hemel keeper Ian Brown on the hour, and both Defty and substitute John Turner crashed shots over the bar with just Brown to beat.
Unfortunately Herron was then stretchered off with fifteen minutes left, after collapsing with exhaustion following his bad bout of influenza this week - but this fortunately did not seem to affect Hemel too much as they continued to push forward.
In the end, the Tudors finally took a deserved lead on the stroke of ninety minutes - skipper Paul Edgeworth poking the ball home after substitute Danny Nicholls’ header had rebounded off the far post - and Nicholls himself wrapped things up five minutes into injury time - slotting the ball into an empty net after Howie had made a complete hash of an easy clearance.
King Lynn remain top despite this defeat, but their lead is now cut to just two points. Hemel remain in fifth spot.

I'd be a bit worried about the Kings Lynn manager fielding an "unknown" lineup ! and we moan about SB !

Think we should worry about SB,think he had a reprieve with the KL result. Although I enjoyed the game and the atmosphere, i still feel the manager is at fault for our pervious home bore draws and defeats. We are a mid table club now, is it him wages or the players? Sure Hemelhammer will let us know xx
