The support today, particularly in the 2nd half was excellent and I believe made a difference on the day in what was a tense game. The boys were desperate to win and relief was evident at the end.
Thanks once again.... It does make a difference !!
If only I could get HHTFC to make a positive comment... Perhaps something to continue to strive for as if the Play Offs aren't enough !!

How unfair. If only everyone behind the goal posted on here regularly, I'd be nowhere near the biggest moaner!

In all seriousness though, bar the performances of one or two players which don't need bringing up again, I'm really pleased with how it's going at the moment. The team have a lot more fight and a much better attitude about them in the last month or so, and you could really see how much winning meant to them today. I won't expect anyone to back me up but I think we all know what has changed to bring that shift in attitude...

Additionally, Chris Dillon and Ian Cooper look like excellent signings and are combining really well with each other, and I've already eaten humble pie after what I said about Dillon when he was on loan with us - the guy is a quality player.

As I said in another post, I think you (Steve) have done an excellent job since taking the post, two playoffs, four cup finals and a push at this seasons playoffs are a far cry from the disappointment of relegation a couple of seasons ago, and without getting too sycophantic (as if I could), it's been your management and the players brought in by you that has caused that.

Right, back to my whinging...when are we going to rescue Steve Sinclair from that Barton hellhole?
