Ex-Tudor Leon Hibbert has signed for Corby Town, should be quite a reunion when we play them next season.

"Leon Hibbert, aged 26, became Graham Drury's latest signing.
Leon a 6'4" mid-field player who last season was with Hemel Hempstead and Barton Rovers commited himself to the Steelmen at the Rockingham Triangle this evening.
Graham said" Leon is a player I have been trying to sign for a season or two now. He is top quality and brings with him a load of experience. He is just what we need to add more steel to our midfield".

I didn't think we did keep hold of him.As soon as he recovered from his injury we shunted him out to Barton on one of those mysterious loans, the loan where we could recall anyone of a number of players but never did.

Ex-Tudor TOM McGOWAN has just signed for Cheshunt.
Signed for us by Nicky Ironton during his short reign, Full Back McGowan came to VR with a big reputation having played for Dagenham & Redbridge, but in the end played just one match for us (a 1-1 home draw with Team Bath) and was named as a sub (but never came on) in the following 0-3 defeat at Chesham. Then he Disappeared.

The new Cheshunt manager has a good view on him though:
"Boateng is delighted with his new additions and had warm words of commendation for all of them, saying of McGowan: “He has the sweetest left foot and has vision second to none"
