Supurb today
they looked up for the challenge, won headers, chased lost causes, created a hatful of chances and scored 2 goals.

i know the players read this so welldone guys top effort!
EVERY PLAYER worked their socks off today and fully deserved their rewards and i was delighted Herron got his goal after a gutsey performance + Dillon and Burgress who gave everything today. Ive been critical of dillion and especially Burgess but these guys rammed my comments back down my throat today and long may the performances continue.

I Know people will say "dont get too exited its just one win" but what the hell we won!!!!! and this win is deserved also for all you die hards who turn up week in week out also.

Couldn't agree more Pidgy
Some good performances today, and it was hard to pick one out for the man of the match award in the NLP - special mention from me to Yebo, Hezza, Harry and Dills, but in the end i went for the skipper who played better today than he has all year.
If they do read this then well done to you boys Very Happy , and more of the same please Wink

Well done to the lads today. We actually looked like a team today instead of 11 individual players and it was a deserved win. I thought it felt a bit flat around the ground today, so hopefully we can build on this and get a bit of the buzz back around VR.

Have to agree with everyone else, well done to all the team,it's nice to see a bit of fight and passion return to the team.I thought Chris Dillon and Harry Hunt worked well together up front, great to see them chasing the ball down and putting the defenders under pressure, something I feel was lacking for the past month or so.

They're two different players which with a run in the side together could potentially form a decent partnership. Dillon has the ability to hold the ball up and links well with others whilst is more than capable to flick the ball on etc. With Hunt running onto these flick-ons and playing on the shoulder of the last man there could be goals there Laughing
